- Planning and strategizing sales activities to retain existing client base and expand to new client base for kitchen, wardrobe and IF fit-out projects
- Identifying and developing project sales leads to ensure project pipelines are healthy through identification of new project launching, collection of market information and gathering of current product trend development.
- Develop and build strong customer relationship for existing and new project clients.
- Prepare and conduct presentation for potential clients.
- Oversee the preparation of quotation, proposal, tenders, design planning etc up to securing the project.
- Involved in tender stage for tender interviews to ensure that client requirement are captured, understood and delivered.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Business with specialization in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) experience in Sales in the relevant industry segments with proven track sales track record
- Working experience in built-in furniture / ID fit-out to property developers’ industry is preferred for this position. Experience in kitchen cabinet, interior design or architectural related field is an added advantage.
- Able to work within tight deadlines, independently and with good time management.
