Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Resolve application and batch job incidents efficiently.
? Maintain and monitor Simcorp Dimension SOP.
? Provide end-user support and guidance.
? Manage user authorizations and system access.
? Escalate data delivery issues constructively to relevant parties.
? Ensure ongoing maintenance, documentation, and test data updates.
? Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
? Relevant experience in financial systems support, preferably with Simcorp Dimension.
?Exposure to system operations, incident management, and authorization management.
Required Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in related field.
? Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
? Strong knowledge of Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
? Experience in incident resolution, batch job management, and system monitoring.
? Authorization management within financial systems.
? Documentation and test data maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
