Role Overview:
As part of the Functional Application Management (FAM) team, you will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and improving the SimCorp Dimension system. You will work closely with colleagues across global locations to ensure a stable and efficient system environment, resolving incidents, supporting end users, and developing minor application components.
Preferred Background:
Work experience in Finance, Banking, or Insurance is highly desirable.
Academic Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Technical Skills:
Experienced:
2-6 years working on SimCorp Dimension.
Senior:
More than 6 years working on SimCorp Dimension.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension product maintenance.
Proficiency in SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve application and batch job incidents efficiently.
Maintain the SimCorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
Provide timely end-user support and authorization management.
Monitor systems proactively and escalate data delivery issues constructively.
Ensure proper documentation, test data maintenance, and ongoing system updates.
