Job Description


Working as a Site Admin Clerk :-

  • Assisting the site manager with day to day activities
  • Organising and maintaining documents in a structured fashion
  • Working with purchasing/site supervisor/site engineer on materials delivered site and compile all the documents send to Head Quarters
  • Manage company asset accordingly on site
  • Maintain company documents and procedures for easy access, reference and use
  • Make sure all site\'s documentation in order and well filling
  • Prepare meeting minutes and report by weekly/monthly
Requirements:
  • Possess minimum SPM or higher qualification
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience
  • Basic computer literate (MS Word / Excel / Power Point)
  • Having driving license B2/D
  • Can work independent, hardworking, fast learner and strong self-esteem
  • Committed to the duty given
  • Able to report duty immediately is preferred
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
