Assisting the site manager with day to day activities
Organising and maintaining documents in a structured fashion
Working with purchasing/site supervisor/site engineer on materials delivered site and compile all the documents send to Head Quarters
Manage company asset accordingly on site
Maintain company documents and procedures for easy access, reference and use
Make sure all site\'s documentation in order and well filling
Prepare meeting minutes and report by weekly/monthly
Requirements:
Possess minimum SPM or higher qualification
At least 1 to 2 years working experience
Basic computer literate (MS Word / Excel / Power Point)
Having driving license B2/D
Can work independent, hardworking, fast learner and strong self-esteem
Committed to the duty given
Able to report duty immediately is preferred
