Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent (fresh graduate are encourage to apply) \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay near Perlis is an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure and eager to learn new things are required the most for this position \xe2\x80\xa2 Dateline oriented and good time management (need to come before 8.30 am to open the office) s: \xe2\x80\xa2 General office duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage cleaning/ Hygiene supplies ensuring facilities are appropriately stocked for personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking & sorting equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 General cleaning of the facilities including Office area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect all tickets, competencies and certificates from all site personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 General IT maintenance of files, and document preparation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with other departments for access to job sites; assisting with subcontractor/supervisor in their technical queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer phone and transfer the call to the dedicated department \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking company emails and forwarded to the dedicated staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping HR Department on data entry when needed and timesheet \xe2\x80\xa2 Person in charge to raise Purchase Instruction for site \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on printing/photocopying/faxing and Person in charge to plan on office machineries maintenance
