Maintaining and updating site information and records.
Receiving, capturing, collating, and distributing information.
Document and revision control.
Supporting and recording change control.
Scheduling visits and meetings.
Office management and general clerical duties.
Dealing with queries, complaints and requests for information.
Enabling and maintaining communications between project team members and HQ.
Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Supporting site management with day-to-day site activities such as booking deliveries.
Providing support to the commercial and planning team as required.
Ordering office supplies.
Briefing project/site teams regarding latest notice from HQ
Follow up daily report and report to HR regarding absent staff
Prepare weekly meeting minute.
Job Requirement
SPM / Diploma (Business Admin, Construction Management, or related)
1-2 years experience in construction site or project administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work onsite and adapt to construction environment demands
Willing work at Klang/Subang
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
