Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, check stock for refreshments and maintain clean meeting rooms.
2. Assist in controlling stock inventory (Stationeries, Covid Kit, and Pantry) for level 2 and 3.
3. Distribute and record RTK self-test kit to all employees.
4. To call and assists the technician in resolving any technical issues.
5. Get the Managing Director and Chief Operation Officer's signature for any documents from HQ.
6. Remind any meeting Managing Director every morning.
7. Filing documents related to office supplies and projects.
8. Assist superior in preparing MESRF form.
9. Sort and distribute incoming mail.
10. To prepare any letter for project P113 or any other letter's required by the management.
11. Preparing the GDex invoice to send to ACCD -HQ.
12. Ensure all documents sent to HQ are delivered to the right person in charge.
13. Assist superior in checking employee staff attendance.
14. To schedule and host any meeting as per instructions.
15. Answer any incoming phone calls professionally and route calls as necessary.
16. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and attend to guests coming in for meetings or discussions.
17. Announcing client's arrival as necessary to related staff.
18. Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting information as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
19. To make all reservation for the meeting room.
20. Assist with various administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans for staff.
21. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
22. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
23. Perform other duties as required.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
