Assist all administrative activities of the project site. Handle staff related matters, leave forms, and other HR tasks. Assist in office stationery requisition, control and distribution. Handle Foreign Workers' Work Permit, Time Attendance and Leaves related matters. Preparing Material Requisition when require. Prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ. Matching invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to HQ A/C Dept for payment process. Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and files for quick retrieval. Assist in monitoring staffs & workers attendance on daily basis. Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress works and issues encountered. Keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress works. Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Job Requirements:



At least 2 years of working experience as administrator or site clerk. Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply. Good written and verbal communication - English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office. Good administration skill. Able to work independently, adapt to project site environment. Has good discipline and punctuality. Able to start work immediately is advantage. Able to work 6 days per week. Willing to work at Hallson Site KLCC.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
