Site Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor

Able to start immediately

Valid CIDB Green Card

Mature and very careful with numbers

Responsible for handling administrative duties and payroll processes at the project site.

Ensures accurate attendance tracking, timely salary processing, and proper documentation while supporting site operations and coordination with the head office.

Record and verify daily attendance, overtime, and allowances for site workers and staff.

Manage day-to-day office administration at the site (filing, documentation, correspondence).

Prepare and maintain project-related records, including attendance, leave forms, and staff files.

Assist site management with documentation for subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.

Handle logistics support, such as permits, accommodation arrangements, and site supplies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety documentation requirements.

Record in and out PPE & consumable item

Working Day & Hour : Monday - Saturday (8.00am - 5.00pm)

Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Administration, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in payroll and administrative work, preferably at a construction/project site.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic payroll

Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work independently at a project site environment.

Possessing's with CIDB Green Card

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
