Ensure proper filing of workers' personnel files and upload them to the server according to ISO 9001 standards.
Brief new workers and prepare necessary documents, including for bank account opening.
Provide workers with PDPA, NDA, and COI acknowledgment forms, and mark test questions if required.
Ensure workers' overtime and working hours do not exceed 60 hours per week.
Monitor workers' attendance, compile reports for customer approval before payroll.
Maintain and update workers' leave records (AL/MC/UPL, etc.).
Serve as the liaison between Osadi and the customer for workers' issues.
Regularly engage with workers to listen and solve their problems quickly.
Communicate any changes or extensions to employment contracts to workers.
Ensure workers complete exit interview forms upon resignation.
Brief workers on Warning Letters and report to HR for acknowledgment.
Notify HR for termination and end contract letters, brief workers, and obtain acknowledgment.
Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing as per ISO standards, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Support recruitment activities when needed by customers.
Requirement:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or a related field.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Applications in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin will be advantageous.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Able to travel to site with own transport when required.
