The Site Administrator is responsible for providing efficient day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the project site. This role is key in maintaining documentation, managing employee administrative matters, and supporting the project team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the project filing system and all relevant documentation.
Manage HR-related processes such as claims, leave applications, and loan applications for site employees.
Track, compile, and submit monthly administrative reports for the project team.
Sort, record, and coordinate outgoing mails, letters, documents, and drawings for delivery to consultants and clients.
Schedule appointments and arrange transport for employees and site visitors.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the project team as required.
Education:
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Administrative Studies.
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience in the construction industry.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Contract
