Job Description

:

• Supervise and coordinate site construction activities to ensure smooth execution.

• Implement work programs according to project schedule and specifications.

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

• Monitor quality of workmanship, material usage, and compliance with design requirements.

• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and enforce site safety rules.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and submit to Site Manager/Construction Manager.

• Verify subcontractor claims and progress measurements.

• Assist in planning and scheduling site resources including manpower and equipment.

• Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.

• At least 5 years of site supervision experience in high-rise projects.

• Strong technical and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and safety regulations.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
