Job Description

Inter-Granite Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a suitable Site Coordinator/Supervisor to join our project team. The role will primarily support the handover and close-out stage of an ongoing project, while also assisting in other active projects at various stages of implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Project in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cost efficiency. Supportin all site-related matters, including manpower, productivity, quality, safety, welfare, site progress, and reporting. Ensure site activities are performed efficiently by setting targets and guiding team performance. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for structural, architectural, and construction activities. Review and coordinate construction and architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and proper execution on site. Maintain proper record-keeping and manage all site documentation, including site diaries, reports, and correspondence. Handle communication and coordination with clients, local authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in site coordination or supervision within construction projects. Familiar with construction site operations, quality assurance, and safety standards. Able to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently on site.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
