will oversee the execution of civil and structural works, ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate civil and structural construction works according to plans.
Work closely with M&E teams to support multidisciplinary site activities.
Track construction progress, quality, and report deviations.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain records.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in site coordination or supervision in civil/structural works.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Familiarity with civil/structural engineering principles and M&E integration.
Strong interpersonal, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
