Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil and structural works on-site and ensure compliance with project plans.
Coordinate with Mechanical & Electrical teams for integrated site execution.
Monitor construction progress and report deviations or issues.
Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed work records.
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to solve technical challenges.
Guide site teams to maintain smooth project execution.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
5+ years in construction supervision or similar roles.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Understanding of civil & structural engineering principles and M&E systems.
Strong report writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
