Supervise and coordinate civil and structural construction works on-site in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulations.
Support multidisciplinary activities by understanding Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and their integration with civil structures.
Monitor construction progress and quality, reporting deviations or issues promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records of completed works.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
Provide technical guidance to the site team to ensure smooth project execution.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural construction supervision or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.
Proficient in Mechanical & Electrical works integration.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in preparing reports and using construction management software.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
