Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work is completed according to plan and schedule. Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on site matters. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high construction standards. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Plan and monitor use of manpower, machinery, and materials effectively. Liaise with the Project Manager and assist in project planning and execution. Conduct site inspections, testing, and assist during project handover. Handle site problems and provide technical solutions immediately.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

2-5 years' experience

in site supervision (

preferably in road or railway projects).

Able to read and understand technical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Possess own transport and willing to travel or stay at project site.

Pay: RM1,764.60 - RM2,500.00 per month
