Job Description

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams on site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise Monitor site progress to meet project deadlines. Liaising with project managers, consultants and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and collaborate on problem-solving Ensure all work is carried out according to JKR specifications and contract requirements. Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project activities Preparing monthly progress claims and reports. Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress, challenges, and action plans.
What we're looking for

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction-related role. Experience in handling JKR projects and inspections is an added advantage. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
