Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site operations to ensure smooth progress of work.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure all works comply with design,
government standards, permits, and regulatory requirements
.
Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and applications related to government authorities.
Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, clients, and government agencies.
Monitor project progress, control site resources, and resolve technical or compliance issues.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements.
Support project managers in ensuring works are completed within schedule and allocated budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum
4-5 years of relevant site experience
in civil and structural works.
Experience in handling government approvals, permits, and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software (advantageous).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
