Job Description

1. Implement and enforce quality control measures in all work activities, ensuring compliance with project standards, specifications, and drawings.

2. Attend site meetings to provide updates on project progress and coordinate with stakeholders.

3. Plan, coordinate, and execute project installation and engineering activities, including surveying, manpower management, and scheduling of work and material deliveries.

4. Maintain and manage site progress reports, addressing technical queries and disputes in collaboration with the Project Manager.

5. Coordinate and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, non-structural contractors (NSC), and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

6. Ensure the establishment and maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions on-site, adhering to relevant regulations.

7. Assist site supervisors in monitoring the material delivery log-book as per QP 13.4, ensuring accurate tracking of delivery orders.

8. Monitor and control material usage to minimize wastage on site.

9. Foster and enhance positive relationships with clients, client representatives, and consultants, aiming for client satisfaction through continuous improvement.

10. Identify, record, and report quality issues through inspections, ensuring timely communication with the Project Manager.

11. Monitoring, maintaining and update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement

12. Ensure proper implementation of ISO-related records and inspections for all on-site work activities.

13. Participate in and undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
