About the role

We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects within the civil/structural engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely problem-solving Interpret and implement engineering plans, drawings, and specifications Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process Maintain detailed records and documentation of all site activities and progress Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team

Job Requirements:

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with project management tools and techniques Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget Job regarding

RC Sub Work

Must able to Outstation. Working Site might be KL, Ipoh, Penang or Johor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
