Job Description

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all construction activities on-site. This includes ensuring that all works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role requires close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and the site team to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site construction activities according to project plans and specifications. Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues. Prepare and update daily site progress reports and ensure work is completed on schedule. Monitor workmanship, material usage, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors for technical clarification and coordination. Ensure all site works follow method statements and approved construction procedures. Conduct inspections and prepare documentation for progress claims and site records. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling. Support Project Manager in monitoring project cost, material control, and work quality. Ensure site safety regulations and environmental standards are maintained.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Civil Engineering

,

Structural Engineering

, or related field. Minimum

2-5 years of working experience

in

building construction projects

(high-rise, commercial, or residential). Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control procedures. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office applications

. Able to work independently and lead site teams under minimal supervision. Possess own transport and willing to be based at project site.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
