Site Engineer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
able to plan, supervise and monitor daily routine site work
checking technical designs and drawings to ensure site work compliances
ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially office quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
providing technical advice and solving problems on site
liaising with office quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instruction
report site daily progress, site planning, overseeing quality control scheduling ensuring that the projects are able to be completed within the time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil)/ Building Technology/ Construction Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to work independently
Possess own transport
Preferable to speak Chinese (Able to communicate with employees from china company)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
