Job Description

:

Interpreting and implementing engineering designs and plans on construction sites Overseeing and coordinating the work of construction crews and subcontractors Monitoring site progress, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting to project managers Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records and documentation Collaborating with the engineering and design teams to find innovative solutions to technical challenges Providing on-site guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects

Job Requirement:

A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocols Willing to travel (100%) to Semenanjung Malaysia.
