Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager and Site Project Manager in

planning, coordinating, and monitoring

site activities from start to completion.

Supervise and coordinate

contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor progress, quality, and cost

to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Review

architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings

to identify technical issues or discrepancies and propose solutions. Prepare and update

site reports, progress documentation, and inspection records.

Attend

site meetings and inspections

with consultants, clients, and authorities. Ensure all site works comply with

safety regulations

and company policies. Support in

material inspection, quality control,

and evaluation of contractor performance. Assist with

defect rectification

and project handover processes. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or Project Manager.

Requirements:

Possess Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Structural or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): C&S infra and building, Microsoft Excel Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultants and contractors. Familiar with material, testing and inspecting procedure. Able to work independently under minimum supervision. Good communication skills. Safety practice in construction projects. Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5.00pm), Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
