SITE ENGINEER- CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil & Structural Engineer to oversee and coordinate all Civil & Structural (C&S) works on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress, providing on-site technical guidance, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and monitor daily civil and structural activities to ensure smooth project execution. Provide practical and timely technical solutions for on-site issues. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and project continuity. Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly site progress reports. Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems. Verify that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of work schedules, cost estimates, and project timelines. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve technical challenges. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Familiar with Microsoft Project

WORK EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in water treatment plants and pipe laying works. Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction practices. Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders effectively. Proficient in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
