Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets. This role plays a key part in ensuring construction quality, safety compliance, and effective coordination between all parties on site.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure construction works progress according to project schedule, cost, and quality targets Provide technical guidance and on-site problem solving to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Monitor site quality control and enforce safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements Coordinate and communicate with contractors, consultants, architects, clients, and internal project teams Manage materials, machinery, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and minimise wastage Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works on site Track site progress and prepare progress reports for management Support project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction or similar site engineering roles Strong site coordination and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards Able to work independently, manage site challenges, and meet tight project deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
