Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Site Engineer

to oversee and manage daily construction site operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Site Engineer will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure construction progress aligns with project schedules, cost targets, and quality standards Provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, architects, clients, and internal project teams Manage materials, machinery, manpower, and subcontractors to optimize productivity and minimize wastage Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works on site Track site progress and prepare regular progress reports for management review Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum

3 years of experience

in building construction or site engineering roles Strong site coordination and project management skills Proficient in

Microsoft Project, Excel, Word

, and other Microsoft Office tools Good understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, and site safety standards Able to work independently, resolve site issues, and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
