Collaborate with the Construction Manager to update, evaluate, and submit the Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak (JKRS) Dashboard and Monthly Progress Report.
Assist the Construction Manager in the management of stakeholder engagement activities, involving the client, Local Authorities, and the local community.
Work closely with the Construction Manager to jointly assess contractual matters with the Contract Department. Provide advice, compile relevant data, and make recommendations for approval by the Superintendent Officer (S.O.).
Assist the Construction Manager in jointly assessing proposals from the Contract Department related to contractual issues. Compile reports and submit recommendations for approval by JKR Sarawak.
Support the Construction Manager in conducting, leading, and managing site discussions to address construction-related issues and attend site meetings to resolve matters effectively.
Collaborate with the Construction Manager to verify work completed by the Contractor and submit progress claims within the specified time frame for S.O. approval.
Assist the Construction Manager in assessing and verifying documents provided by the Contractor to ensure their readiness.
Verify the work program and monitor progress, both in terms of physical completion and financial aspects.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering or any related field.
At least 4 years of working experience in the road construction.
Understanding of Malaysian civil engineering principles and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools.
