Job Description

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry. Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge in Road & Drainage (R&D), Structural, and M&E coordination is an advantage. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other construction-related software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a site team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all construction and engineering activities at the site. Ensure that all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection records. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical and site issues. Monitor and ensure that materials and workmanship comply with design and quality requirements. Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Verify and certify site measurements, claims, and variations. Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site. Attend site meetings and technical discussions as required. Support Project Manager in execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
