Job Description

Role Summary:

To provide technical engineering support, supervision, and coordination on construction sites, ensuring works are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and regulatory requirements while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Plan and manage overall project activities to meet targets on time, cost, quality, and safety. Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards. Lead the site team to monitor site progress and ensure works follow contract, drawings, and specifications.

2. Technical & Quality Control

Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct inspections and ensure workmanship meets quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve site issues or discrepancies. Ensure all quality and safety requirements are achieved during construction.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate site records (site diary, material tracking, manpower). To prepare documentation, correspondence, claim, reports and site records etc. Ensure compliance with local authorities' requirements (e.g., CIDB, DOSH).

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with consultants, site supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to solve site issues. Attend site and coordination meetings and provide input for technical and construction matters.

Requirements & Skills:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in construction (building or infrastructure). Willing to work at project sites and under pressure. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
