to provide technical support, site supervision, and coordination for construction projects. This role ensures works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, regulatory requirements, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations to meet project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety.
Plan and monitor site progress to ensure works comply with contract requirements, drawings, and specifications.
Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, documentation, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g. CIDB, DOSH).
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, and stakeholders.
Attend site and coordination meetings and provide technical input when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field.
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in construction (building and/or infrastructure).
Willing to work at project sites and under pressure.
Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
