Job Description

Monitor the performance of solar plant systems, including PV modules, inverters, transformers and grid connections. Conduct periodic inspections and diagnostic testing to identify and resolve system issues. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational protocols. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Coordinate with technicians and external vendors for repairs and system upgrades. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance and downtime. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations at the site. Support the resolution of technical issues. Prepare reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and operational efficiency. Manage and maintain documentation related to the plant. Address technical issues and resolve onsite challenges promptly. Conduct quality inspections of equipment, structures, and systems. Ensure adherence and compliance to the SOP of the Company. Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards. Any other duties may be assigned by the management, from time to time either verbally or in written instruction.
Requirement

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or any related field. Relevant certifications in solar energy system or safety is an advantage. Minimum 2 years related working experiences, preferably in solar plant operations and maintenance. Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems and grid-tied operations. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical system faults. Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and adapt to operational challenges. Self-motivated, team player who is dynamic with mature personality, high integrity, confident and able to work with minimum supervision. Good in time management, prioritize task effectively and swiftly plan for changing workload needs. Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
