This position is suitable for junior to mid-level engineers who are keen to gain hands-on site experience in civil and structural works.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and subcontractors
Monitor construction progress and report site issues to the Senior / Resident Engineer
Conduct basic site inspections and record findings
Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates and photographic records
Support quality control and safety compliance on site
Attend site meetings and follow up on assigned action items
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Civil / Structural Engineering
or related discipline
0-3 years
working experience in site supervision (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Basic understanding of construction methods and site practices
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work on site
Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
Possess own transport and willing to travel to site
