Job Description

Site planning, supervision, coordination construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with sub-contractors and others stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor and ensure site manpower, material and equipment usage efficiently. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements. Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly. Maintain quality documentation and site records as per company procedures. Prepare and update daily site records, progress photos. Assist the Project Manager in progress tracking and update. Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance to the site teams. Prepare and review shop drawings , method statements and material submission. o Report any incidents or non-compliance issues immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree / Diploma in civil or structural engineering, construction management, or related field. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in high-rise building construction project. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications. Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
