Job Purpose:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards. This role involves coordination with multiple stakeholders, managing on-site operations, and handling any urgent or emergency situations that arise.

Qualification & Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structure/Architecture). Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate applicants are also encouraged to apply. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Independent, initiative, able to work under pressure and demanding work requirements and tight construction schedules. Good communication skill. Good planning and organizing skills. Sibu, Sarawak

Willing to work 6 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site construction work in progress. Supervise and manage general workers, sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the works. Ensuring all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, and approved method statements. Organize workflow and ensure general workers understand their duties or delegated tasks. Attending site and project meeting as required. Coordinate and review with consultant on technical, design and site works. Planning of work and resources with reference to work program to ensure timely progress and ensuring site works are carried out as per timeline. Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
