Job Description

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Ensure all construction works comply with approved designs, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical and site-related issues. Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and assist in material sourcing and verification. Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions. Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project targets and maintain productivity. Manage and control material usage to minimize wastage and ensure timely ordering and delivery. Attend site and coordination meetings and provide input for technical and construction matters.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Civil Engineering

or equivalent. Minimum

1 year

of working experience in the construction industry (site or project experience preferred). Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

Microsoft Project

,

Microsoft Excel

, and

Microsoft Word

. Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates who can

start immediately

will be given priority.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
