Job Description

To manage and coordinate site, labour and material to ensure the company's monthly progress claims are met To manage and coordinate work scope on-site with the respective site personnel, consultants, contractors etc. To coordinate, manage and supervise workers on site. To attend site coordination meetings and manage the respective issues. To assist Project Manager by providing information, data, reports for project status reporting. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Manage, supervise project tasks with Site Supervisor, sub-contractor. Ensure complete preparation to allow smooth project execution and meet planned schedule. Initiative, results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills. To prepare and file proper documentation including photos with relation to site deliveries, installation, testing and site progress. To liaise with the project coordinator, construction manager and to ensure all info and documents are in order. To prepare monthly site progress report. To attend and resolve all issues on site with relation to the scope of work. Carry out other duties as directed by the management.
Job Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering practices, materials, and local regulations. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Willing work at Bukit Raja Klang.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
