Job Responsibilities

Establish, report and follow up all non-conformance activities Review contract documents, drawings and specifications in order to maintain familiarity with assigned projects and ensure contractor's full understanding of documents Review contractor shop drawings and provide comments if necessary Attend coordination meetings Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time Provide reports on all on-site matters, including inspections, progress, safety concern, cause of delay and etc. To assist Project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all contractors Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works To carry out instructions as and when instructed by the Project Directors of WKL

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering At least 5 years' experience as Site Engineer/Clerk-of-work for construction of the factory/warehouse Preferably with working experience in construction of food factory Must be able to work at Tanjung Langsat
