Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day corrective and preventive maintenance involving machines and equipment. Responsible for day-to-day trouble shooting related to machines an equipment. Planning for working schedules, prepare job specifications and shift arrangement for maintenance department. Planning for spare parts ordering and inventory, keep track of the records. Work closely and establish good teamwork with related departments in carryout routine maintenance, shutdown and minor project works in manufacturing plant. Responsible for documentation control to ensure all equipment and technical drawings are updated and well maintained. To plan and execute Plant Maintenance Program to achieve department's objectives. To achieve optimum maintenance cost and to prepare monthly sectional report and team performance. Provide Technical support to production floor. Technical skill in evaluation, testing, detail in problem study, solving & improvement activities. Other task given from time to time Adhere to all the Quality/Safety & Environmental requirements.
Requirements:-

Possess Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional engineering qualification Engineers with three to five years working experience preferably in steel pipes manufacturing. Good experience in mechanical / electrical repair know-how. Experience in trouble shooting hydraulic equipment/problem. Experience in trouble shooting automation system. Excellent computer skills & communication skills (very proficient with English, both verbal and written). Initiative and able to work dependently. Hardworking with excellent teamwork. Self motivated with a proactive attitude. Able to work with minimum supervision. Possess excellent interpersonal skills. A self-starter who is dynamic and self motivated. Sound knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and CNC Programming
