Job Description

Job Responsibility To coordinate, supervise, and schedule the activities of workers engaged in all project and site operations. Reading specifications to determine construction requirements and planning procedures. Organizing and coordinating the material and human resources required to complete jobs. Examining and inspecting work progress. Examining equipment and construction sites to ensure that health and safety requirements are met. Supervising construction sites and coordinating work with other construction projects. Supervising the activities of building trades workers, labourers, and other construction workers. To maintain& enhance good and propel relationships with Client/ Client Representatives and consultants to achieve client satisfaction through continuous improvement. To execute and control project activities within the desired budget, time, and quality. To monitor daily operations of site work activities and to supervise projects onsite ensuring work adhere to safety regulations, work schedules and quality. To carry out daily work activities and maintain site diary to record daily (JMS) activities at site. To be responsible for material control by ensuring minimum wastage of material ordered and used. Assists Operation Manager to coordinate all trade of work at site & to checking & ensure the quality of works and witnessing performance of tests and inspection. To attend safety, site and technical meeting as and when required. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Cantonese (if applicable) Possess a GDL driving license. Minimum 2 years\' experience. Willing to travel outstation.
