The Role:

As the Site Executive (Contract) at The Makeover Guys, you will be involved with the planning and coordination to ensure the projects are completed and run smoothly. Your work will directly impact the quality of the completed units. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You'll Do:

1. Collect, distribute, and track unit keys accurately and on time.

2. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of items.

3. Oversee project logistics by ensuring all orders are received, recorded, and updated promptly.

4. Conduct daily site inspections to confirm units are locked and secured at the end of the day.

5. Perform quality control checks to ensure completed units meet handover standards.

6. Provide support to the team with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Passion in interior design, architecture, or project management (site)

2. Experienced in site management or construction/renovation work is a plus!

3. Great communication skills, and ability to work with internal teams and external parties

4. Great attitude, a team player who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision

5. Great administrative, project management and problem-solving skills, and able to multitask

6. Have your own transportation

Working Arrangement:

On-site. Work closely with our Project Manager and Site Executives.

Employment Terms:

1 year contract with possibility of renewal or conversion to full time permanent employment; depending on availability and performance.
