The Position
- Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.
- New floor setup of IT equipments
- New Hire IT Onboarding tasks
- Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation
- Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily task on handling user issues.
