Entry-Level Role: Supports small site(s) within the country, handling daily ticket resolution and fleet management based on standard KPIs. Typically assists a Site IT Analyst at a larger location and works under close supervision.
Onsite Technology Support: Provides in-person IT assistance to employees.
Technical Issue Resolution:
Responds to technical support requests via phone, email, and in person.
Assists end users with various IT issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
Troubleshoots user issues related to PC hardware, software, LAN, and voice network systems.
Diagnoses issues by consulting with users and collaborates with internal IT teams or vendors to resolve problems.
System Maintenance & Upgrades:
Installs, configures, and upgrades PC components and software.
Plans for and responds to service outages and system disruptions.
System Monitoring & Documentation:
Conducts proactive monitoring of IT systems using appropriate tools.
Logs, tracks, and monitors reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
Job Requirements:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and providing guidance.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues, assess alternatives, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Ability to adhere to company standards and consistently apply policies.
Proficient in verbal communication with the ability to document operational procedures effectively.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
Fluency in English.
Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
