Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day construction operations and ensure progress according to schedule.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Review construction drawings and ensure implementation per design intent.

• Ensure all works meet quality standards and comply with safety requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and verify work done for progress claims.

• Prepare daily site reports, monitor manpower deployment, and track material usage.

• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

• Support Construction Manager in planning and progress review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 6-8 years of site management experience in high-rise building projects.

• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Good understanding of technical drawings and construction sequences.

• Familiar with ISO, QLASSIC, and CIDB requirements.
