Position: Site Manager (Property Development)
Working Location : Muar, Johor
Salary range: RM 5,000.00 - RM 6,000.00Job Responsibilities:1. Coordinate Construction Activities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to the project plan.
2. Monitor Progress: Track and adjust progress to meet project deadlines.
3. Supervise Staff: Manage and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
4. Implement Safety Standards: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
5. Conduct Inspections: Regularly check for quality and compliance with standards.
6. Manage Budget: Control site expenditures and manage financial aspects.
7. Allocate Resources: Ensure availability and efficient use of materials and equipment.
8. Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties.
9. Prepare Reports: Document project progress, site logs, and other necessary reports.
10. Address Issues: Solve problems and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
11. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of site activities and incidents.
12. Ensure Environmental Compliance: Adhere to environmental regulations and manage waste.
13. Handle Client Requests: Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.Job Requirement:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate management, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Possess good C&S and M&E knowledge
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Muar.
