- At least a Diploma or Degree holder in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Experience in project management, site supervision, and interpreting blueprints.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and construction management software.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Reside in Johor or be willing to work in Johor.
- Develop site plans and schedules while coordinating logistics.
- Supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure safety on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs and collaborate to stay within the budget.
- Resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track.
- Provide progress reports to managers and clients.
- Ensure all required permits and regulations are met.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet their expectations.
