Assist in site supervision to ensure construction works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site technical issues promptly.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily site reports, including manpower, machinery, and material usage.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications, providing engineering support to the construction team.
Prepare and submit technical documents such as method statements, material submissions, and RFIs.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g. CIDB, DOSH).
Assist in preparing BQ, cost estimation, and variation orders in coordination with Quantity Surveyor.
Track and verify site measurements for progress claims and subcontractor payments.
Maintain records of material delivery, usage, wastage, and ensure proper documentation for project handover.
Liaise with the project management team to forecast resource requirements and resolve construction challenges efficiently.
