Responsibilities

Work with Construction Manager in managing project cost, vendor claims & monitor material deliverable time frame Able to prepare the insurance cover note. Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site. Assist tracking for project materials arrival on time and assist storage management on site, able to prepare the work forecast schedule. On site documents filling according to ISO procedure. Weekly project progress report. To arrange necessary site protection, hording, signage and safety equipment. To assist Project Manager / QS verifying vendor claims or providing support documents.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional certificate, Architecture or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS office, Microsoft Project Schedule Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in

Senior / Junior Supervisor

in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. Willing to contribute or work for long hours prior for project deliverables. Possess own transport Interactive and good in communication Able to handle site independently Positive working attitude/ discipline, aggressive and proactive 5 contract based position(s) are available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
