Job details:

• Position: Site Safety Officer
• Candidate Preference: Local Sarawak candidate only (client understood work permit process will take more than 2 months)
• Salary/Monthly: RM5,000 to RM 7,000
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: KUCHING SARAWAK, MALAYSIA
• Employment Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of being assigned to other assignments)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To monitor EHS issues on site & violation due to cleanroom protocol

• Fulfill all the requirements of the customer\'s site Safety Management System

• Station on-site in daily basis as per installation plan and ensure zero incident occurs

• Conduct on-site daily toolbox meeting before start of planned activity

• Identify hazard, assess the risk, and implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers

• To ensure workers and subcontractors comply to both our company and customer\'s safety requirements at site

• To conduct daily site safety inspection and recommend corrective action for unsafe act of workers and rectification for unsafe condition in all workplaces

• Communicate with all levels of people when there is an escalation

• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements - Education/Experience/Knowledge:

• Possess at least a Diploma, bachelor\'s degree in Environment, Safety & Health or equivalent

• At least 3 years related role experience.

• Equip with Safety Officer valid green book. (Must have min 3 years\' experience with Greenbook holder.

• Basic knowledge of safety management (manufacturing) and computer works, construction

• With knowledge of cleanroom aspect
